We've Moved in South Tampa The Continucare Medical Center in South
Tampa has moved to a brand new state-of-the-art facility located at 200 S. MacDill Avenue in Tampa,
less than two miles from the current location. This 4,800 square foot facility features a spacious
waiting area, 6 exam rooms, large parking area and easy access for our patients.

Self-Dispensing Medication Service Available at Continucare Medical Centers
We now offer a self-dispensing medication service at all of our Continucare Medical Centers. With this service, we are able to offer our patients
up to a three-month supply of several commonly prescribed drugs right at the time of their appointment with their primary care physician.
Walk-In Service Office Visits From $69
Our Continucare walk-in centers are a convenient and affordable
alternative to traditional healthcare providers. Located within
select medical centers throughout Miami-Dade County, we
treat most common illnesses in a quick, convenient, and
patient-friendly setting.
Medicaid Eligibility Application Centers at Continucare
Continucare now offers Medicaid eligibility application access
at select medical centers throughout South Florida with full-time
staff members dedicated to helping patients apply for or re-certify
their eligibility for Medicaid benefits.
