 Fernando Fernandez Chief Financial Officer Fernando Fernandez was appointed Senior Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary in June 2004. Mr. Fernandez served as Senior Vice President - Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Whitman Education Group, Inc. from 1996 until 2003. Prior to and since his service at Whitman Education, Mr. Fernandez served as Chief Financial Officer of several private investment entities owned by Phillip Frost, M.D. Prior to 1991, Mr. Fernandez served as Audit Manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in Miami. Mr. Fernandez is a certified public accountant. |
