Discount Medical Options from ProMedical Plan  
We are pleased to announce that ProMedical Plan has chosen the Continucare Medical Centers in Miami-Dade and Broward County to join its premier network of physicians.

ProMedical Plan offers prepaid primary care at our medical centers for individuals who are uninsured or under-insured, and for small companies previously not offering employee health coverage. The cost is only $10 per visit plus a low monthly membership fee. That fee is $52 for the first person, $42 for the second, and even lesser amounts on a sliding scale for higher enrollments. The plan has no limitations or waiting periods.

Members will enjoy Ambassador Care Service at any of the fifteen Continucare Medical Centers in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties they choose. As always, our goal is to provide all patients with service of unsurpassed excellence so that they will keenly appreciate that we care about them.

With ProMedical Plan, people who were uninsured before will now enjoy quality, affordable care.
