Continucare Pediatric Centers Now Open

Patients can now take advantage of in-house pediatric services in four
Continucare Pediatric Centers in Miami-Dade County. With these new services, it allows us to better provide ongoing
and preventive pediatric care to children and families in our community. In addition, patients can take advantage of complimentary transportation
services for all of their pediatric visits.

 Did Your Know?
Inside each of pediatric centers we now offer Medicaid eligibility and re-certification options for individuals and their families. Each of the Continucare Pediatric Centers has full
time staff members dedicated to helping patients apply for eligibility for benefits through Medicaid or re-certify their eligibility if needed.
Continucare understands that having the
knowledge and understanding of the eligibility requirements can be the difference between receiving or not receiving the medical care you or your family needs.
